Changing an Items Price

This guide will assume you have been provided your EdgeServPOS Back Office web address has been provided to you by your technician/rep. If it hasn't, please contact our support line @ 775-984-5702.


We'll start on your default Back Office menu. From here, click the 'Menu' dropdown on the left side of the screen.



In this dropdown, click 'Price Editor.'

Welcome to the Price Editor screen! Here, you can change prices of all of your items, and choose which Menu they will appear on. 

Click on the price of the item you want to edit. If it isnt on screen, you can type it into the Search bar on the top right of the screen. Change the price at your will. If you would like to change the Location of the item, Click on your desired menu and update the price there. 

Click Save on the top right of the screen. 

You can also change prices in the menu item editor. This is detailed in this guide.
